Employee Spotlight: Juan Toledo

Meet Juan Toledo, software engineer, nine-year problem solver, and proud dog dad based in Mexico City. Here's a little about what brought him to QuadSci and what he's been building.

Why QuadSci?

What caught my attention the most is that AI is central to how the business works. It's an area where I want to keep growing, and QuadSci felt like a good place to do that for real, not just on the surface.

My background

I've been doing this for about nine years. I've been lucky enough to work across pretty different industries — logistics, business communications, education. I really enjoy solving problems and applying what I've learned across different areas.

What I'm building

I'm working on the QuadSci platform, from tools that help teams find information faster, to optimization work that keeps everything running smoothly with very large data volumes. That scale piece is what has me most engaged right now.

What accurate and useful intelligence looks like to me

For me, it's about acquiring what you need exactly when you need it. It's not about having all the information at once — it's about having what allows you to take the next step at the right moment.

One thing people should know about me

I live in Mexico City, and I have two dogs that make working from home a lot more entertaining. Outside of work, I enjoy understanding how businesses work, so I always have some side project going on.
