QuadSci, the Most Predictive and Prescriptive AI For Customer Intelligence, Raises $8M Series A
NEW YORK — QuadSci, the most predictive and prescriptive AI for customer intelligence, secured an $8 million Series A financing round led by Crosslink Capital, with participation from Alumni Ventures, Correlation Ventures, and angel investors Shail Jain, Peter Gibson, Tom Roloff, and Rob Eberle.
The new capital will be used to accelerate product development, expand go-to-market teams, and support continued growth with enterprise customers and strategic partners globally.
Addressing a Market Under Pressure
Software companies are facing a new revenue reality. Net revenue retention is declining across the software industry, churn is stubborn, and boards and investors are increasingly skeptical of projections built on lagging, human-generated data.
QuadSci was founded to help software companies evolve from guesswork to scientific growth. By analyzing trillions of telemetry events to connect real customer behavior directly to revenue outcomes, QuadSci unlocks more than 80% of the customer signal hidden in those trillions of telemetry events, giving executives and revenue leaders the ability to predict churn and expansion up to 12-18 months before renewal with 94% accuracy.
"Revenue teams don't have a data problem. They have a signal problem. With net revenue retention under pressure across the industry, leaders need earlier, more objective evidence of risk and expansion. Our AI delivers actionable intelligence 12-18 months in advance, based on how customers actually use their products."
Predictive And Prescriptive AI For Customer Intelligence
QuadSci operates at the intersection of product analytics, observability, customer intelligence, and agentic AI. Through a combination of machine learning and AI, raw telemetry data is transformed into explainable, actionable insight that GTM and product teams can trust.
QuadSci's AI-based platform enables teams to:
- Predict churn and expansion up to 12-18 months in advance
- Orchestrate growth and retention playbooks based on real behavior
- Shape product roadmaps using revenue-linked usage patterns
- Improve forecast accuracy within a narrow variance band
- Reveal the full customer journey based on product usage, not touchpoints or CRM notes
- Empower revenue agents embedded across your Customer Experience and GTM stack with a ground truth of how every customer is actually using your technology
"Most customer intelligence systems today are built on rules or retrospective interpretation of meetings, surveys, and CRM notes. But those approaches are biased and incomplete. The real source of truth is telemetry not manually defined flags or assumptions. When you apply rigorous machine learning to product behavior at scale, you move from interpreting what happened to mathematically understanding what will happen next."
Strong Traction and Market Validation
Since inception, QuadSci has demonstrated rapid momentum and has grown 5x year-over-year. The company now has a stable base of premier enterprise customers and an equal number of partners. In 2025, QuadSci was the youngest company to win Machine Learning Company of the Year in the 8th annual AI Breakthrough Awards.
"QuadSci is building real AI for revenue, grounded in behavioral data rather than rules or opinion. As revenue leaders demand more accuracy and accountability, QuadSci is uniquely positioned to become the core infrastructure for modern GTM teams."
With this funding, QuadSci will continue expanding its agentic portfolio, deepening its quantitative ML capabilities, and delivering a simpler, more intuitive experience for customers who need answers they can trust.
